Perfect location in Tenerife inside a beautiful garden complex.
Recently renovated apartment for up to 4 people with 1 bedroom and 1 living room in Golf del Sur near beaches Playa San Miguel da Abona or Playa de San Blas. The complex (Royal Park Albatros) has its own heated pool with a separate section for children. A Restaurant and a bar are inside the complex. Other restaurants and shops are on a promenade nearby.
The air-conditioned 54 m2 apartment faces a quiet part of the complex. It has a bathroom with a shower, 1 double bedroom and a living room with a comfortable sofa-bed, Smart TV and an American kitchen with a bar table.
The apartment also has a spacious 14 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can enjoy views of the sea and a carefully maintained community garden. The complex has a secured playground inside and access ramps for barrier-free access.
Hassle-free parking around the complex, for travelling by car we have a good experience with Plus Car rental. From the bus stop in front of the hotel, you can easily get to Tenerife Sur Airport, Los Cristianos or Playa de la Tejita or Playa de las Américas.

Siam Park is the largest water park in Europe, located in Costa Adeje - just 19 minutes by car. At 18 hectares, Siam Park offers a wealth of interesting challenges ideal for families with children. Siam Beach has the highest artificial waves in the world.
The waters off the south coast of Tenerife are a prime place for watching cetaceans in the wild. There are many different species, from blue whales to killer whales. It's a 20-minute drive to Los Cristianos. Ideal for families with children.
Paradise Gardens Apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of 2 top golf courses.
Golf del Sur - 27-hole golf course with 72 pars, which set several world records and held several world championships.
Amarilla Golf Course - an 18-hole golf course with 71 pars lies by the sea next to the port of San Miguel Marina. It is possible to play golf for the first time on a nine-hole pitch & putt course, as a licence is not needed to play on the course.
The unique nature reserve is 28 minutes by car from the apartment. Beautiful scenic hiking trail with a waterfall leading to a mountain gorge. Entrance with online booking.
50 min by car from the apartment. Masca is rightly one of the most beautiful places in Tenerife. The charming village, which leads to a winding mountain road, is surrounded by breathtaking rock ridges.
The park is 1 hour by car from the apartment. You can conquer the highest mountain in Spain on foot or use the cable car. The sunrise is said to be the most beautiful here. Parque Nacional del Teide is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There are also several astronomical observatories on Teide.
In the nearby Amarilla Marine (600 m from the apartment) it is possible to experience a dive into the depths of the ocean. The modern submarine will dive with you to a depth of 100 feet (30 m) to the bottom of the ocean, which is full of enchanting marine life. Great experience for both children and adults.
A 1200 m long go-kart race track is located 11 minutes away from the apartment and offers plenty of adrenaline for everybody.
If you want to experience an extreme paragliding experience, then the Taago Paragliding Park is a 30-minute drive away.
The most famous beach on the island with lively nightlife in its surroundings. 18 minutes by car from the apartment.

Tenerife’s natural and the largest sandy beach offers mountain views. 12 minutes from the apartment. The part of the beach located directly below the mountain La Montana Roja is known to be the best nudist beach on the island.
